How Can stomach Discomfort After A Radiosurgery Be Treated?

Sir, I am 69 years, retired professor. I had 3 weeks ago completed radiosurgry of my left vocal cord. I feel an improvement. Steroids are now stopped by doc. Since last 3 days I have stomach upset, frequent motions (small quantity), I took entamizole DS, though a little releif yet, uneasiness. Today I have temp of 100, and pain in body. Last night AC caused shivering. Can I take panadol with entamizole as my stomach in already upset. My encoligist is 400 km away. Kindly suggest. Thanks and regards.
